Just had my teeth cleaned here and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was super welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the whole process was quick, comfortable, and thorough. My family and I recently moved to the Katy, Firethorne area and my wife was searching for a new dentist. She came across Simple Dental Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, owned and operated by the amazing Dr. Marium Sultan. After her first visit, my wife couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful her experience was. She insisted I go see Dr. Sultan when I had a dental emergency, a broken tooth, just two weeks before an upcoming wedding.I filled out the online form on a Sunday night and to my surprise, Dr. Sultan called me first thing Monday morning! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding of my situation. She quickly scheduled an appointment to assess the issue and from the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in great hands.The entire staff at Simple Dental was warm, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is so important when you’re dealing with a dental emergency. Dr. Sultan took the time to explain everything in detail—what had happened to my tooth, the short-term solution and the long-term plan. She presented my options step by step, ensuring I fully understood the process.The short-term solution was to create a flipper to get me ready for the wedding and the long-term plan is to restore my smile with dental implants. While the implant process will take about 5–6 months, Dr. Sultan has assured me that she will guide me every step of the way to ensure I get my permanent smile back. Her confidence, expertise, and genuine care have given me so much peace of mind.I cannot thank Dr. Sultan and her team enough for their exceptional care and professionalism. My family and I have found our permanent dental home at Simple Dental. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!The place is spotless, quiet, all the personal was very professional, efficient, and caring!The doctor was very knowledgeable, communicated effectively and offered the best treatment options for my needs.No wait time and it was very easy to schedule the appointments. They also offer super convenient late afternoon and weekend appointments which is ideal to take my kids for their dental cleanings.I loved this place and will definitely be back every 6 months!
